Pearl Harbor was an attack by a foreign country, Japan. They were not trying to overthrow the United States, just keep us out of the Pacific. (it didn’t work).

Also the Japanese battle flag was never carried inside the U.S Capitol Building by members of the Japanese Imperial Army.
The Attack on Jan. 6 was by AMERICAN CITIZENS.
And the flag of Al-Queda was never flown inside the U.S. Capitol building by members of Al-Queda.
It was the first (and so far the only) time the flag of an enemy nation ever flew inside the U.S. Capitol Building
